NEXTCALL LLC
NextCall Application Cookies and Browser Storage
About this notice
This notice describes browser storage configured by NextCall's application on nextcallleads.com. It does not present a complete inventory of any additional browser storage used by our hosting infrastructure. Cookies are small values stored in your browser; other browser-storage technologies can also save information on your device.
Cookies used by the application
Our application sets first-party cookies to support sign-in, session renewal and account recovery. They contain session credentials or an account-recovery grant. They are set for the current host and the / path, with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax attributes. HttpOnly prevents page JavaScript from reading their values. These application cookies are not used for advertising.
- __Host-nc-access: supports access to a signed-in session. Its configured lifetime is the provider's returned access lifetime, capped at one hour when set.
- __Host-nc-refresh: supports renewing a signed-in session. It is set for eight hours and is renewed following a successful session refresh.
- __Host-nc-recovery, __Host-nc-recovery-refresh and __Host-nc-recovery-grant: support the account-recovery flow. They are set for ten minutes. The recovery grant is also subject to a one-time-use check on the server.
These are configured cookie lifetimes, not retention periods for account information held by NextCall or its service providers. Browser settings can remove cookies earlier, and session renewal can replace them.
Other technology
This version of NextCall's application does not include advertising pixels, analytics tags or third-party embedded widgets. Its application code does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for authentication tokens or preferences.
NextCall uses Supabase for account authentication and OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare-backed infrastructure for hosting. Hosting and authentication providers also process information needed to deliver and protect their services. The cookie list above describes our application's cookies; it is not a claim that every provider's browser-storage behavior has been independently verified. Email verification and recovery links may contain one-time credentials used to complete the requested action.
Your controls
You can use your browser settings to view, remove or block cookies. Blocking cookies used for authentication may prevent you from signing in or using restricted workspaces. Removing cookies does not itself delete your account or information stored by NextCall.
Browser-cookie settings are separate from requests about professional contact information in NextCall's research. For questions about browser storage or personal information, contact support@next-call.net.
We will update this notice when these practices change and provide any additional notice or choice required for the change.
